Diagnostics are free if you repair with us, usually 15–20 minutes. If you decide not to repair afterward, diagnostics cost 30 GEL (disassembly, reassembly and technician's work).
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes, all work and installed parts are covered by a 6-month warranty.
Will you repair a phone bought outside Georgia?
Yes, we work with phones from any region or carrier — it doesn't affect the repair.
Can a phone be fixed the same day?
Most repairs — screen, battery, port replacement — take 30 to 90 minutes. Complex cases, like water damage, may take 1–2 days.
What should I do if my phone fell in water?
Don't turn it on or charge it. Bring it in as soon as possible — the sooner, the better the chances of recovery.
What payment methods do you accept?
